Our successful redevelopment of this town centre site saw the complete transformation of our former store building.
Originally a historic brewery, we developed the site into 10 stylish, contemporary apartments.
As part of the project, our existing office space was thoughtfully converted into a spacious townhouse. The project also included the removal of a disused timber shed to make way for four newly built mews houses.
This was a complex and demanding project. The tight constraints of the town centre location required a highly sensitive approach, both in preserving the integrity of the original buildings and in carefully considering the impact on the surrounding area.
After two years of dedicated and tireless work from our team, the site has been successfully reimagined as a standout example of heritage-led regeneration. Making intelligent use of underutilised brownfield land, we have created a collection of high-quality homes that not only meet modern living standards but also complement the architectural character and history of the town.
