Who are Gaiger Homes?
We are a family-run business with over 75 years’ experience working in the construction and development industry across Wiltshire and the surrounding counties.
Steeped in tradition, with a strong work ethic and community focus, Gaiger Brothers has grown significantly over the years as younger generations have worked their way through the ranks, supported by a dedicated team of professionals who consistently deliver a high-quality service to clients.
Gaiger Homes is the latest venture for the brothers, deep-rooted in the same family values but focusing specifically on the development of small, unique, premium properties that complement the environment as well as the desire for country living.
Our team is passionate about the area we live in and excited to be shaping the future of our rural communities, creating homes that we design with care. At Gaiger Homes, we’re not just building houses, we’re generating spaces where people feel a sense of belonging and want to lay down roots for generations to come.
Meet the core team
Nick Church
Land Development & Planning Director
Nick joined the company in 2022 after 20 years working as a land development cons based in Reading, Bristol and Oxford delivering residential led development proposals. Nick leads the search for new sites with residential development potential, engaging with landowners and agents, before overseeing design and promotional work to secure planning permission prior to site purchase and development delivery.
Sam Hayward
Technical Manager
Having been with Gaiger Brothers since starting his apprenticeship as a carpenter, Sam rose to Site Agent within Gaiger Brothers in 2021, and is now in charge of the technical aspects of project delivery. Sam’ most recent house building role was as the Site Agent for Gaiger Brothers, managing the construction of nine Passive Houses and a conversion of Gaiger’s old office into a three bedroom house.

An accountant by trade, Sam is in charge of the financial side of the business.

Construction Directors
With over 60 years of experience in the construction industry, there is very little Graham and James do not know about construction. They recognise the difference between general construction and house building and have the experience to deliver house building projects on time and within budget.
